RTA kitchen cabinets – Doors and Frames

Usually the frames and doors of the RTA cabinets are manufactured using solid wood, medium density fiberboards (MDF), particle board, plywood, or combination of such materials. Floating panel in a door could either be veneered plywood that is included in solid wood or frames made with medium density fiberboard frames. They can be shaped as well as coated with flexible veneers like thermo foils or paints. Traditional grains showing finish are transparent and contain pigments, dyes, glazes, or fillers. Doors and frames for RTA kitchen cabinets are composed with lacquer, varnish, polyurethane and are brushed or sprayed.
